Yes — since we're a mobile service we do require access to a standard water hose and a 110V electrical outlet at your location. Most homes and driveways have everything we need. If you're unsure, just give us a call before booking.

It depends on the package and condition of your vehicle. A Basic detail typically takes 1.5–2 hours, Premium around 2.5–3.5 hours, and Elite can take 4–6 hours or more. Larger vehicles like SUVs and trucks may take additional time.

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, and Cash. We do not require any deposit to book your appointment.

We'll reach out as early as possible to reschedule if weather becomes an issue. Your appointment will be rebooked at no extra cost for the next available time that works for you.

Not necessarily — as long as we have access to the vehicle, water, and electricity you're all set. Many customers leave the car in the driveway and go about their day. Just make sure to remove any valuables beforehand.
