Surge Auto Care provides mobile auto detailing services including exterior washing, interior cleaning, paint correction, and add-on services — all performed at your location in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago. We reserve the right to refuse service if the location is unsafe, outside our service area, the customer cannot provide electricity and water, or payment cannot be agreed upon.

By booking with us, you agree to provide access to electricity and water, have your vehicle ready at the scheduled time, remove all valuables before service, and disclose any known pre-existing damage or vehicle conditions. Surge Auto Care is not responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle during service.

All prices shown are starting rates and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and services requested. Final pricing is confirmed before or at the start of service. Payment is due at time of service — we accept Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, Cash, and Apple Pay. No deposits are required to book.

Bookings are not confirmed until you receive direct confirmation from us. We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations out of respect for our schedule. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, and will notify you as early as possible if we need to do so.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, scratches, stains, or conditions present before service begins. Due to the nature of detailing, certain imperfections may not be fully removable and results can vary by vehicle. If you are unsatisfied, contact us within 24 hours and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concern. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.

Mobile detailing is weather-dependent and we reserve the right to reschedule any appointment due to rain, extreme temperatures, or other conditions that affect service quality or team safety. We will always reach out as early as possible when a reschedule is needed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Surge Auto Care is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website.
